Quatum Office Chairs Sold at Office Depot Recalled Due to Fall Hazard


Quantum Office Chairs manufactured by Raynor Marketing, LTD and sold exclusively at Office Depot Stores have been recalled, because the bolts that attach the seatback can loosen and become detached which may result in the consumer falling creating injury. The product in question is a Quantum Realspace PRO 9000 Series Mid-Back Multifunction Mesh Chair and Multifunction Mesh Chair with Headrest. Approximately 150,000 chairs have been sold nationwide. The manufacturer has received reports of chairs failing causing injuries. Consumers should immediately discontinue use of the chairs and contact the manufacturer for a repair kit without charge.
