Baby food manufactured by Plum Organics has been recalled due to possible botulism poisoning. The recalled products include the manufacturer's Apple & Carrot flavored baby food. The product recalled does not meet FDA requirments and is sold in Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us stores nationwide. The recalled product comes in 4.22 oz. pouches with a "best by" date of May 21, 2010. The UPC number is 890180001221.
