Director Chairs Recalled Due to Chair Back Supports Breaking

White Tiger Traders Co. Ltd., the manufacturer of Director Chairs sold at Lowe's Stores nationwide, have recalled the product because the chair back supports to the chairs have been reported to be subject to breaking causing a risk to the consumer of falling. Approximately 84,000 chairs have been sold and are subject to this recall. The chairs are blue and red in color with white frames. "Garden Treasures" is printed on the package accompanying the chairs. The chairs were sold by Lowe's from June 2009 through July 2009 and cost approximately $40. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and return them to any Lowe’s store for a full refund.
