Verandah Patio Fireplace Recalled Due to Fire Hazard


W.S. Babcock Corp., the manufacturer of Verandah Patio Fireplaces, has recalled the product, because the paint used to finish the exterior shell has been reported to have caught on fire posing a fire hazard to the consumer. The recalled fireplace is made of black metal with wire mesh sides, a black metal cap and chimney, and a metal grate with two (2) accessory tools. onsumers should immediately discontinue use of the fireplace and return them to their local Badcock store or place of purchase.
