Tips for Jogging Safely

Jogging is a great form of exercise but requires defensive tactics when jogging in and around traffic including jogging without using headphones or earbuds while jogging in order to hear adjacent traffic, horns and other potential hazards. Carrying identification is also a good idea just in case the jogger has a medical emergency and needs to be identified for allergies, prior medical history or contacting family members.
